House Policies
- RESERVATIONS: Reservation confirmed only upon receipt of one-half of the total rent.
- DEPOSIT: Deposit will be refunded only if written cancellation notice is received 90 days prior to date of confirmed occupancy. A 10% processing fee will be charged if paid by credit card.
- RENTALS: Payable in advance at time of occupancy with U.S. currency, personal check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. American Express not accepted.
- EXTRA PERSONS IN ROOM: Where permitted, extra persons may be accommodated at an additional charge of $25 per day for each extra person.
- MAID SERVICE: Mid week for Weekly/Monthly rentals only. Towel exchange on Weekly/Monthly stays only. Extra towel rental $6.00.
- BOTTLED WATER: May be purchased in office (5 gal. for $7)
- LOST KEYS: Charge for lost keys will be $5.
- SPRING BREAK: We do not rent to Spring Breakers. Spring Breakers must be accompanied by their parents during the Spring Break period. Any one abusing this policy will be turned away upon arrival and will not have their deposit refunded.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend Travel Insurance be purchased for unforeseen emergencies in the event that it is necessary to cancel within 90 days of occupancy.
- SORRY NOT PETS, NO PRIVATE GRILLS
