All condo's face the beach of the Gulf of Mexico with private patio or balcony and are completely furnished to include linens, cooking utensils, dinnerware, microwave, dishwasher, cable TV and private telephone. Heated pool in winter.
Three day minimum required.
ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. NO REFUNDS ON SHORTENED STAYS.

$50 Cash cleaning deposit required upon arrival during Spring Break/ Easter Week.
Cleaning deposit returned following inspection.
SPRING BREAK DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
- $300 Cash deposit required upon occupancy.
- NO CHECKS ACCEPTED for damage deposit.
- Damage deposit returned after inspection of condo.
RESEVATION:
Reservation confirmed only upon receipt of $200 advance deposit.
DEPOSIT:
Deposit will be refunded only if written cancellation notice is received 15 days prior to date of confirmed occupancy.
RENTALS:
Payable in advance at time of occupancy with U.S. currency, personal checks, MasterCard or Visa.
EXTRA PERSONS IN ROOM:
WHERE PERMITTED, extra persons may be accommodated at an additional charge of $25 per day for each extra person.
MAID SERVICE:
Midweek for Weekly rentals only. Towel exchanges on weekly stays only. Extra towel rental $6.00
